1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Eliminate app ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms apply to all users of the App, including users of the free tier and paid Pro subscribers. Eliminate LLC ("we," "us," or "our") reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Description of Service

Eliminate is a personal finance application designed to help users track credit card debt, manage budgets, log transactions, and plan debt payoff strategies. The App operates entirely on your device — no account is required and no financial data is transmitted to our servers.

      Privacy First: All financial data you enter into Eliminate is stored locally on your device and never transmitted to Eliminate LLC or any third party.
    

Free Tier

The free version of Eliminate allows you to track up to 3 credit cards with access to core features including balance tracking, transaction logging, and monthly budgeting.

Eliminate Pro

Eliminate Pro is a paid upgrade that unlocks all features including unlimited credit cards, debt payoff calculator, charts and visualizations, recurring transactions, and Excel export. Pro is available through the following purchase options:

Monthly subscription — $2.99/month (auto-renewing)
Annual subscription — $24.99/year (auto-renewing)
Lifetime purchase — $39.99 one-time (non-consumable)

3. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Billing

All purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Your payment method on file with Apple or Google will be charged at the time of purchase confirmation. Eliminate LLC does not directly handle or store any payment information.

Auto-Renewal

Monthly and annual subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You will be charged the applicable subscription price within 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing period.

Free Trial

Eliminate may offer a free trial period for Pro features. If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings (iOS) or Google Play account settings (Android). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain Pro access until that date.

Refunds

All refund requests are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective refund policies. Eliminate LLC does not independently issue refunds for App Store or Google Play purchases.

Lifetime Purchase

The lifetime purchase is a one-time non-consumable purchase that provides permanent access to all current Pro features. Future features may be included at our discretion. Lifetime purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple/Google policy.

4. Your Data & Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

All financial data you enter into Eliminate is stored locally on your device. Eliminate LLC has no access to your financial data. You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your data. We strongly recommend using the App's built-in export backup feature regularly.

Data Loss: If you delete the App, reset your device, or lose your device without a backup, your data cannot be recovered. Eliminate LLC is not liable for any data loss.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful personal finance tracking purposes. You agree not to:

Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App
Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Attempt to circumvent any freemium restrictions or payment systems
Distribute, sell, or sublicense the App or any portion of it
Use the App in any way that could damage or impair its functionality

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Eliminate LLC does not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of bugs.

Not Financial Advice: Eliminate is a personal tracking tool only. Nothing in the App constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Always consult a qualified financial professional for advice specific to your situation.

Debt payoff calculations and interest estimates are approximations for informational purposes only and may not reflect your actual balances, interest charges, or payoff dates.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Eliminate LLC and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or financial decisions made based on information within the App.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, content, and branding, is owned by Eliminate LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The name "Eliminate," the tagline "Pay it down. Own your future." and all associated branding are the property of Eliminate LLC.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.

Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Pennsylvania.
