Our Privacy Promise. Eliminate is built on a simple principle: your financial data is yours and yours alone. We designed this app from the ground up so that your personal and financial information never leaves your device. We cannot see it, we cannot access it, and we never will.

What We Collect

Financial and Personal Data

Absolutely nothing. All financial data you enter into Eliminate, including credit card information, balances, transactions, budgets, and payment history, is stored exclusively on your device using local storage. This data:

Never leaves your device
Is never transmitted to our servers
Is never shared with any third party
Is never used for advertising or analytics
Cannot be accessed by Eliminate LLC or any of its employees

Anything Else

Nothing at all. Eliminate has no servers, no accounts, and no analytics. The app does not collect crash reports, diagnostic data, usage statistics, or any technical information. It does not phone home. Once installed, Eliminate works entirely on your device.

What We Never Collect

Your name or contact information
Your location or GPS data
Your device contacts or calendar
Browsing history or usage patterns
Crash reports, diagnostics, or analytics data
Advertising identifiers
Any financial account credentials
Any data for marketing or advertising purposes

Where Your Data Is Stored

All financial data you enter into Eliminate is stored locally on your device. When you delete the app, all data stored by the app is permanently deleted from your device. We have no copy of it and cannot recover it for you. This is intentional. We believe your financial life is private and should remain that way.

Backups

Eliminate provides a manual backup feature that allows you to export your data as a JSON file. This file is created and stored entirely by you. You control where it goes, whether that is your own iCloud, Google Drive, email, or local storage. Eliminate LLC has no access to any backup files you create.

Payments

If you purchase Eliminate Pro, the transaction is processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). Eliminate LLC never receives or stores your payment details. Please refer to Apple's or Google's privacy policies for how they handle payment information.

Children's Privacy

Eliminate is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children. If you believe a child has used this app and you have concerns, please contact us at privacy@eliminateapp.com.

Changes to This Policy

If we ever change this Privacy Policy we will update the effective date at the top of this page and notify users through the app. We will never change our core commitment: your financial data stays on your device and belongs to you.
